When I heard we were staying in tents near a watering hole, I was a bit worried about how I would fare throughout the night! But the accommodations were excellent and only a few elephants walked through overnight.
In the park they had your fair amount of animals from the Lion King. We missed the new lion cubs, but did catch some rhinos, hippos, elephants, hyenas, baboons, and a lot of antelope!

Fevers-Malaria: LA
Peeing blood-Schisto: Praziquantel
Pooping Worms: Albendazole
and all sorts of other antibiotics for the usual stuff! Forget about long term management of any medical problem like HTN or DM.
ask everyone HIV status and be on the look out for TB!
